The LINC Up: Teen Edition Block Party

SAVE THE DATE and JOIN THEM! One of our community partners, Horizons Hampton Roads, is excited to share an upcoming free event for Portsmouth teens ages 14–18 in grades 9–12, and we would greatly appreciate your help spreading the word through your organizations and networks.

The LINC Up: Teen Edition Block Party will give local teens a fun evening with food, games, music from a DJ, prizes, interactive activity zones, photo experiences, and opportunities to connect with friends and community partners.

Saturday, October 31, 2026
5:00PM–8:00 PM
Wall Street Art District
400 Hatton Street, Portsmouth

The event is completely free for teens, and registration is encouraged. Families can use the QR code on the attached flyer or register at bit.ly/4znK66G.

Please note that this is a No Bag Event.

We would love for you to share the attached flyer with the Portsmouth teens and families your organization serves. Thank you for helping us reach more young people across the community.
