The organization, Complete The Puzzle is a nonprofit charitable organization based in Virginia, USA and dedicated to working with children and youth who are suffering from developmental disabilities. As an Autism Resource Center, our main concept is to advocate, build acceptance, support parents, and work to build a kinder, more inclusive world for the children and youth on the spectrum.
Our Vision
Our vision is to pursue inclusion and improve the lives of all affected individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorder in all areas of life so they embrace opportunities to contribute and be valued members of society.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enlighten and empower community members, teachers, parents, etc. with an Autism Spectrum Disorder by providing up-to-date information, quality resources, support, training, and programming that is accessible to everyone.
Our Goal
The main future goals are to provide children and families with resources to enhance the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and how to provide safe sensory play areas in the next 5 years time.
Our Community Service
Complete The Puzzle is a premier autism resource center for children and youth. We work to give insight into ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, speech impairment, cognitive disorders and to correct misconceptions on developmental disabilities.
Our main aim is to advocate, build acceptance, support parents, and work to build a kinder, more inclusive world for the children on the spectrum.

Soccer Camp
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Complete The Puzzle is super excited to host this five week soccer camp from July 27th through August 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the soccer field behind Cradock Rec Center, 308 Allen Road, Portsmouth, VA 23702. Registration fee will include soccer uniforms and socks. Techniques and skills learned. We will also host a picture day as well. Tents, chairs, waters and light snacks will be provided. This program is for 5 consecutive Saturdays.
Music & Movements Class
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Complete The Puzzle is excited to present our first Music and Movement Classes. Join us as we explore the beauty of music with our esteemed instructor. Whether it is playing with instruments, the maracas, dancing to the songs or singing along, we encourage all to express themselves in their own way. We will host the classes for four consecutive weeks, starting on Saturday, July 13, 2024 through August 3, 2024 from 10:00 a .m. to 11:00 a.m. at Churchland Primary & Intermediate School, 5700 Hedgerow Ln, Portsmouth, VA 23703. As 2024 comes to a close, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our community partners, sponsors, donors, families, and friends for making this year a remarkable success. This year, Complete The Puzzle was awarded several impactful grants, we hosted a backpack drive that equipped 480 children with school supplies and sensory items for success. We created joy and memories through our community garden within Portsmouth Public Schools, soccer camp, art classes, music classes, and cooking classes. And that’s not all – this year, we hit another milestone that we can’t wait to officially announce at the start of 2025. The smiles on the faces of the children and youth we serve says it all – together we are making a difference. As we look ahead of 2025, we’re thrilled to announce new programs and exciting projects that will continue to inspire, uplift, and empower our community. Thank you for being part of our journey!
